3 bugs: 1 mystery and 2 treasure maps

I'm playing on PS4 and have some bugs.
First things first, I can't complete Mysteries in Grantebridge.
I've done all of them. Yet, the one with Agaric mushrooms is not appearing on the map (with the cross mark showing it was done). I know I already did it and I can't do it again anyway.
I also have 2 different bugs with the treasure maps.
- One in Eurviscire, near Petuaria Ruins. I've done the mystery (killing the thegn) close to the location of the treasure. But the treasure is not there in the pool. I can't interact with anything.
- The other one is a map where the treasure is in the south of the Oxenefordscire. I went there and actually got the treasure in the wheel. But the map is still in my inventory.
I went back to the place, to be sure, but I can't pick up the treasure again. -

I got the treasure in Eurviscire but the map is still in my inventory, like the map of the Oxenefordscire treasure previously mentioned.
Still unable to get the mystery (mushrooms) in Grantebridge...
I can't do it again but it doesn't appear as done either.
