I completed the hallucinogenic first trial on that island where you have to find the key to open the chest from the man killed by wolves, I walked through he correct portals and they disappear and then nothing happens.

I reloaded multiple times and nothing will work

I have went and fought Erik Loyalskull and beat him and press Y to speak to him and not changes. I have reloaded, Restarted the game etc. I am stuck and cannot progress these quests!

I have beat him but it won't let me speak to him to finish the mission... it let's me hit speak but then nothing happens

I also can't speak to anyone or complete mysteries for that matter... please help I didn't spend $120 to not be able to play this game!

After defeating Erik Loyalskull, there's a indicator to speak with him. I am unable to get the button prompt to speak.

I have the same (or at least a similar issue): After defeating Erik, there was the button prompt to speak to him. I pressed it, but nothing happened. After that, the button doesn't appear any more, only the ... bubble is there. The problem persists after saving and reloading the game.

I have the same problem

I can't talk to npc. Can't talk to Erik the drengr after the fight. Tattooes unlocked doesn't appear when I go to see svend...

after i defeat Erik loyalskull i cannot speak with him I've tried loadings saves and going back after progressing through some of the game and nothing works he just sits on the ground and nothing happens :S

it seems as though most of the mysteries in Norway are bugged for me the Rolf the raider one does the same thing

I just fought Erik Loyalskull and he died over a ledge type surface and when it gives me the press ''E'' to ''Speak'' with him (I'm on PC) I press it and nothing happens. The ''E'' box disappears. I've tried reloading but will try fast traveling and running back.

@mangled85 having the same issue on pc not only with him but a few mysteries seems to only be in norway

@ubi-spud Do you have an ETA when this bug will be fixed - very frustrating.

@shadowbreather Same here. What I noticed was I could not complete any of the mysteries, while on a certain story quest perhaps? When I was attempting these I was on a ''Speak to Sigurd'' quest

Won't let me finish him just stuck in kneeled position

Same exact thing is happening to me. On PC. I defeat Erik and as soon as you defeat him, he kneels with head down and there is a SPEAK icon that pops on him. Pressing speak does nothing. The speak icon disappears and he stays kneeled. I tried restarting the game twice and both time the speak Icon comes back but nothing happens when clicking it. I tried clicking it with mouse keyboard, and gamepad. Both are bugged.

@ubi-spud I thought todays patch would have fixed it. I went back to check today if I could speak to him, and something changed, he now has a dialogue box over his head but once I press the button to speak with him it goes away and nothing happens still. Weird. I'm on PC btw.

Same thing happening to me on PC. After I defeated him, a option to talk to him pops up, I hit the key and nothing happens, he stays kneeling and does nothing. I restarted my game many times, continued playing other quests and came back, still same issue.
