Unable to complete world event 'The Stink-Brew' as the woman is missing

I'm trying to do the strong brew mystery and the woman that is supposed to ask for viper eggs isn't there
Has anyone experienced this and or have a fix for it? -
@nielsblom Still got this problem? I've recently discovered it and now I've done other things it's all I need to do for the Platinum trophy!

I also have this problem and it's the last thing missing from a platinum.
It has really taken away my enjoyment of this game, I stopped playing because seeing this still not working after every patch was really irking me, I come back after MONTHS and it's STILL BROKEN. I'll sooner impale myself than buy any Dlc or other AC games -

- A video showing that the woman is not available and to show that the icon for the quest is showing on the map
