Lunden glitch

If you go in Lunden city from somewhere else than from the main gate and approach the main gate where the questline starts, it will trigger quest video but after that it glitches the game. Can't move, can't do anything. Also it looks like if you go to syncronization point and do syncronization and try travel immediately after back to your settlement, it will put Eivot in air after loading the area which eventually kills the character.
