    Greetings.
    As I see on their email they dont respond so I'm gonna write here, hoping someone from the team will manage to help me. One week ago I bought a subscription to try ubisoft plus, but after 1 h they told me the sub failed...I found it weird cuz even if I had money on that credit card, it failed. I put another card and after 2 h they took my money and the sub worked. What I noticed after is that they took it two times. One from the first card and from the second aswell. I researched after and saw more ppl having the same issue.
    I would like my money back cuz this isn't fair!
    What can I do ? Where can I report this? I wrote a ticket but nothing happend so far, not even a response.

    If you don’t get a response within the next week then dispute it with your bank. They get you to fill in a form which basically asks you the transaction date, payee ect and it’ll also ask if you’ve contacted them yourself. Obviously you have, so if no one can gets back to you then they should be able to sort it from there but could be a further few weeks till they can investigate and resolve your case as well. It’s just an unfortunate time to have these sorts of issues.
