ubisoft connect not showing any progression

hello, i have played assassin's creed valhalla for over 6 hours and when i closed the game the ubisoft connection app shows no progression at all as i have not even opened the game and i received no achievements so far but im sure i should have done some of them at least the story related achievements ........ i have never seen this problem before and i dont know how to fix that ...... any help would be much appreciated ...... thanks in advance
