Cross platform save not working

Hi all, hopefully this is the correct forum, I had a scan and didn't see a thread on this, apologies if I missed one asking this question. I have the game on xbox one and ps4. I played initially on xbox and managed to load my progress on ps4. However I went back to xbox and none of the ps4 saves were present. It isn't a massive loss of playtime but still a fair chunk, 5 hours or so. Anyone else have this? Saving on the ps4 didn't display any errors, and i made several manual saves in different slots. Is there a way to see the cloud saves on my ubisoft account? I had a quick look and couldn't see how, if there is a way.
