I already tried ubisoft support. Not allowing "submit case" for some reason (COVID-19 excuse?).
Other options were: Twitter - tried that no response.
This forum.
Purchased Samsung EVO 1TB SSD.
It came with a free Game Code for Assassins Creed: Valhalla.

4. Once the Reward Code is successfully redeemed, the game, Assassins Creed Valhalla is directly activated in your Uplay library. The Content will be available for download from 10 November 2020.
I entered the code as requested today
I get the following email below.
The game does not show up in my Ubisoft Account Game Library at all.
