Jotunheim chest with 2 keys - 1 key doesn't fall

There is a locked chest in jotuheim with 2 keys needed to be opened, but 1 of them doesn't fall to the ground and stays in the air and is not accessible. I read some other players' posts but the glitch still isn't fixed. When is Ubisoft going to fix it? I tried different approaches which worked for other players but don't work for me. Please fix the issue.

i have read several posts going back to November regarding this bug. I have a PS4 and am getting it as well. Please fix. I like your products, but inattentiveness is a great way to lose me as a customer.
