“Speak” option not appearing or disappears after button press

Cannot progress in Family Matters by “speaking” to Randvi. Began with not being able to speak to Bil in the Find the Comb world event. Very frustrated. Tried a PS5 restart. Happened again. Going to quit for now as I am not going to spend all this time in the game world only to not be able to progress. This is right at the beginning of the game and I fear I already wasted 5 hours!

I was finally able to speak to Radvik to continue Family Matters but still can’t speak to Bil the mistress in the world event. At least I can roll on with the story...for now
