Missing clues to uncover The Adze

I have completed the game but it did not give me 2 clues to find The Adze. I have killed all the Zealots, where one clue is found, and I picked up the clue in the house in Cweornric but it did not add it to the clues list on the Order page. I did experience and issue where I was kept losing connection with the Ubisoft server while doing this, so don't know if that had anything to do with this, but now I have no way of going back and getting the clues to progress.

@eekster72 Hey, Adze was also the one whom I could not collect all the clues (one glitched and did not give me), but in the end, I was still able to locate her and kill her. Unless I am mistaken, these Order of Ancient members outside story missions can all be located by ourselves, but they won't be highlighted in red.
