Fast Travel Glitch

Hey there, first post here.
i’m having trouble with the fast travel: whenever and wherever I try to fast travel, the game loads but as soon as the character leaves the “loading screen” I find myself glitched and unable to move like when you got glitched in a rock.
i have to relaunch the game to be able to play again and move freely.
tried different times in different location but the results is the same.
oh and of course, Eivor is drunk -
