Assassin's Creed valhalla activate problem with epic games

Hello, I had buy the Assassin's Creed Valhalla on Epic Games but I cannot connect to the my Ubisoft account with Epic Games and that's why I cannot play the game without activation code and I received nothing about the activation code from Epic Games or Ubisoft. I paid and downloaded the game but I can't play. I am getting this issue code: PI-UBI-01: 102008
Can anyone help me please? -

@rocknroller0 From what I know some people have had a workaround where they have refunded the game and re-bought it. Do let me know if this solves your problem for you.

@rocknroller0 Hey dude was issuing the same exact problem, tried everything I could and nothing worked, until I turned off my VPN the game launched, it's not a VPN that I downloaded, it was something in my PC, I wrote VPN settings on my windows search, then I clicked right on it, and it showed me advanced options and below that there were two options, "Allow VPN over metered networks" and "Allow VPN while roaming". When I turned both of them off the game worked hopefully this helps.
