unable to choose the language pack

Good Morning. I lent my friend my version of the assassin's creed valhalla game from ps4, and it only appears to put the language in English and Pyccknñ (Russian). There is no more option to install language packs. On my playstation 4, I managed to install the Portuguese language pack, but on my friend's playstation (which has the current firmware version and the latest update for assassin's creed valhalla), this option does not appear! How can it be resolved?
