Cloud Saves - Unable to sync

I've put on over 40 hours into the game. I've recently built a new PC and re-installed ACO on it. When I try and run the game, it asks if I want to sync the cloud saves, I say yes, then it comes back "There was a problem getting your latest save game file from the cloud. The most recently available data may not be your current save."
I've done a google search, tried going offline and then back online, deleting all local save data, nothing is working. How do I get my cloud saves to download? I don't want to lose all the time and effort I've put into this game
