problem valka meeting randvi

hi guys,
I am having an issue in my story line. At the moment I have 110 power but I'm a little behind in my story line. short after the Danish attack at Ravensthorpe, i was bringing valka to her new place. But randvi doesn't show up and is standing at her table with ceolbert. I'm pretty stuck and don't know what to do. thanks for helping me -

@kormac67 it is suposed to happen when valka reaches ravensthorpe, when you will bring her to her new place. i also cant talk to anyone in ravensthorpe( like the blacksmith), what is pretty anoying cause i cant upgrade my gear
