Killed Zealots Not Dropping Diamond Runes.

To date I have defeated 10 Zealots. Some with levels 250 and above. I am not playing on the easy level either. None have dropped a diamond Rune. I have received minor runes and on two occasions, the Britain Tablet which I know some Zealots only drop the tablets. This is my second play through and I know for a fact my first play thru under patch 1.04 they were dropping Diamond Runes so it has to be a problem with the 1.1.0 patch. My armor and weapons are maxed out at the highest levels and I have Diamond Rune slots I cannot fill. How is one to get diamond runes? This game is so buggy it is pathetic.
