Very bad resolution when in buildings or other dark areas

Hi,
In most building or dark areas, the resolution is very bad and most of the time, I can barely see what is going on. I am using a GeForce GTX 1660 and all settings are set at max.
Any help would be great as this reduces the game experience. Thx

set AA to low and disable adaptive quality, also set resolution scale to 100.
