Multiple glitches in game

I just completed my alliance in Sciropescire and now when I go to the alliance map it does not give me an area to pledge to. I also have a glitch where grass and tree textures disappear when I walk near them.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game and that did not help. Anyone have any insight
as to what I should do? The game is basically stuck.
