Lost my Berserker Set

I have AC Valhalla Ultimate Edition for the PS4. But after a week playing on the PS4 I decided to go play it on PC so I purchased the PC Gold Edition. But now I've lost my Berserker Set. I'm aware of the fact that Gold Editions don't get that set but I've purchased two boxes so spend twice the amount of money. Would think that Ubisoft could see that I do own an Ultimate Edition besides the Gold Edition and let me use the Berserker Set. But if you can't or won't change this, ok so it will be. But strange thing is the fact that although I don't have the Berserker Set I'm apparently marked on the PC Gold version as having one because the set doesn't show for me in the online shop. Can this be fixed? Either getting the set on the PC Gold Edition or make it so that I can see it at least in the shop? I hope you understand my English because it's not my first language.
