Been trying to complete this side mission for a while now, at first the cow just ran into the ocean, re synching at any fast travel point resets the cow so that part was tedious af to redo over and over.
But my problem now is the fact that the sliding stone you're supposed to move out of the way, has bugged and is now stuck inside the wall on the right hand side and won't budge.. re synching also doesn't solve this issue.

Hello same issue for me : the moving stone is stuck inside "the cow area", and the cow is stuck near it and can't move.
When I reload or teleport somewhere else and come back, everything is at the same place.
I'm on Xbox SX.

@sup3rclark Yeah! i've pretty much tried everything at this point and the can't reset the stone at all.

I have watched videos of people who successfully did it, they actually pushed the stone outside the area, whereas I have pulled the stone inside
I don't know if it's part of the problem...

@sup3rclark my stone is stuck with a small part of it inside the wall and no matter what side i try to move it from it won't budge..

I have this same issue, I broke the first wall, she moved into the next room and is standing there. I moved the stone towards the cow and past the planks and now the stone is wedged between the wooden planks and the cow doesn't move.

Upon finding the cow. The cow went right and out of the wall before I even broke the wall that its stuck in. After that I follow the cow well over 10 minutes and it ended up just going into the ocean and disappeared. I've reloaded the game dozens of times and the cow never respawns back. I cannot find the cow at all anymore. Idk what to do, its the last thing I have to do in asgard and its rather annoying. Please help!

Having the exact same issue. Moved the stone inward and now it is stuck with the cow right next to it and will not progress the mystery. Literally the last one I have left in Asgard. 60hours played and this isn't the only bug that I have come across.

@randymossreaper same, cow went right hugged the coast then into the water. Followed it back inland and now it’s stopped away from its spawn point. Remains there permanently. Not able to interact with it, won’t respawn.

I didn't get the issue you experiencing, just a tip with the last fence you take down, be sure to destroy every little piece of it or the cow won't move. Used a lot of time on that one because there was only a fragment of the fence left and the cow should easily get through. And keep following the cow to it's destination. The whole mystery felt somewhat buggish to me. Was happy when the mission completed appeared

I’m having similar issues in Asgard. I don’t want to progress too far in case I can’t get back to it. Have 28 years before big finish

I moved the rock that normally allows the cow to leave into the next area, but the cow won't pass and I can no longer move the rock again. Originally I moved it towards the side where the cow comes from, and I now realize the other way would've been bette, but it's glitched and I cannot move the rock. Yes I've tried grabbing the rock from all directions, it's just bugged/stuck against the wall.

Hi. I just did it no issues first time, hopefully if it was bug stopping you it's been fixed.

However what I did with the bolder, is push it forward, it's a wider spot and the cow got through no worries
