Hi,
so my problem is my stats in Ubisoft Connect not updating anymore [Assassin's Valhalla].
For over a week now the stats (all of them) are stuck. On ubisoft connect i have 39% complete and 170 pwr lvl, ingame i have about 74 hrs played and my pwr lvl is 246.

I have tried different solutions:

- Delete all cloud saves.
- Play game offline, save, then go online.
- Disable netsync, play game, save local, activate sync, play and save game.

Every time i close the game or start Ubisoft Connect synchronize window appears, with information that the game synchronizes

I have 87 hours of gameplay, Power level 237. I am having an issue with you play challenges being updated as well. I logged into my Ubisoft connect after I had already done the challenges usually when I log into the game My Ubisoft connect automatically uploads and registers that it's been done with the game. Any insight on this? I don't want to have to redo them all over again, but I tried re-raiding a monastery and the raid never really finished because I had already raided the monastery.

The same is also happening to me except I'm on Xbox one.

Since i have started the game , my stats say i played 13 mins and also got one achievement, i started the game

I have now played 15 hrs, nothing recorded, how do i know if it's not recording, well i made a manual save in Norway, which tells you how long you been playing for....very frustrating to say the least

@v1kingsith3 I hope we get all that we have done or this is my last game from ubisoft. I Am now on pwrlvl 380, done all challenges and have 90 hrs played (stats say 50 hrs played and pwrlvl 173)
Going to finish the story and 100% on everything either way, but no dlc/ Season pass/ store buys for me before this is fixed (or if it's ever going to be).
I fear that none of the things we have done will be granted.

It would be nice just to have some kind of official response so that we know this is being looked at.

Same problem. I have 125hrs invested but Ubisoft Connect hasn’t registered anything since I was 42hrs in. I love the Assassins Creed series. Ubisoft has to do a better job. The customer service is terrible. There are still BIG issue glitches that have been in since launch. Why do I have rely on YouTubers to help find workarounds for known bugs? IE- the quiver glitch

But still fun to match stats with friends and get the achivements (Not swordfish because of bug).

Well now i am done:-)
Everything in the game done, missing:

• Makerel and Flatfish big (Bug)
• 4 opals (Collect choice no show)
• 4 Hoard treasures (Treasure not there)

135 hrs played. My stats is not updated (39% completed/ 51 hrs played) and only 17 out of 31 achivements. I have even uninstalled the game and ubisoft connect.and reinstalled
Not possible to add ticket to support and chat unavailable ggggggreat

Still a good game and much fun.

same here nothing has changed, now played about 80 hrs, and only 13 mins recorded and one achievement- i started the game..

No point looking at what achievements i need as i have no idea what i have and what i need to do...

frustrating in the least..as i am one of those who try's to complete the achievements.

I have a little different issue - some activities are not correctly counted in stats or for some of them there is a "cap"
just to give some examples - kills for some animals are stuck on 133:

i see on mobile app that this issue is also present on stats of my friends (the same cap for animals and similiar issue with counting for some activities)

@rad000n Mine is still not working even with the latest patch by both Valhalla and Ubi connect which both addresses the achievements in their patch notes.

@pr1meq those are actually not animal kills but the routes of the skill tree. They total 399 which is the aditional power you get to reach power level 400.

Is this working now for anyone?

yup, Ubisoft Connect, in game core challenges and weekly timed challenges no longer registering for me well

Hi, i see the big advertisement on uplay about checking your stats on connect,

What stats?

it has never recorded any of my stats since day 1 and now i have nearly finished the game

Also achievements are still not working correctly as i have finished the CENT arc but achievements say i haven't.

Just letting you know ,that constant telling us to click on connect when it doesnt work and you are not listening as i am not the only one and as far as i know you done nothing to look into it.

Too late now, this push a game out too early and hope a day one patch fixes it, is getting out of hand, and it's not just Ubi it's everyone
