game bugged after completing Glowecestrescire

After completing Glowecestrescire right when the Yule Season became available, for some reason every time I load up my game my character is drunk. I have to meditate or sleep for it to wear off. Also i cant remove/hide/or change my cloak at all. And when i put on my hood to hide it always has on that stupid skull mask from Glowecestrescire. Anyone else have a similar issue? I believe the drunkenness' has to do with the drunk fighting activity in the camp during yule but no idea about the other issues.
