So, I finished this unmarked quest "Pending Deliveries", Death Stranding homage, back in November and I saw that in the recent 1.1.1 patch notes "Added a reward to the Death Stranding homage." I downloaded the patch through Ubisoft Connect and went into my game curious as to what the reward was. I checked my inventory, I didn't notice anything new, spoke with Yanli who had no dialogue change for me. Checked the backside of Yanli's store and the deliveries were gone, having completed it in November that is what I expected, but still checked. Is there something I missing? Any information is much appreciated.

First, let me say that I have looked through both the Reported and Known issues threads. I might have missed something there, so I apologize in advance. Anyway, here is the list of all the problems I am aware of (playing on PC with latest drivers and all that):

It just does not work (and here I am not alone, because even all the guides over the internet say this one is not working, nobody even seem to know what actually is the reward for this one).Even though, as far as I can tell, I have been everywhere and done everything, there is still one location and one faction missing from the database. Now this might not be a bug, but its deffinitelly bugging me:9/10 Factions: https://imgur.com/ufcaWif23/24 Locations: https://imgur.com/wSbgmvwAnd lastly, while there is a known issue stating that Locations that can be raided again do not have the red icon on world map/compass, the opposite is happening as well. If you do not fully loot a location during a River Raid, next time you come, the icon is still on the map, however, the place cannot be raided because its actually fully destroyed.

After latest patch (1.2.1) Modraniht tattoos i owe constantly reappear in Inventory after game load specific situation (quick travel, game load, after cutscenes) or picking up an opal. There are two types situations: after talking to Tove each time 4 peaces reappear with exclamation mark with message on main screen Informix there are new items i own. When i do not speak to Tove only message contantly appears. It's quite irritating, but not game breaking. Playing on PS4 Pro, Gold version of the game.
