I've been trying to get this issue reported for a week and a half now but all of my Twitter messages are ignored and live chat is constantly closed.

After finding Ceolbert for the War Weary quest, it says I have to follow him. He'll run out, get on a horse and then go until he reaches some sort of campfire place. Once he reaches this spot, he'll get off of his horse and just stand there. I've tried everything I can think of to get him to move but nothing works. I've loaded up about 5 previous save files, restarted the entire game and the entire console and it's the exact same. This was a problem on both the previous update and the current one. I've seen plenty of reports about him getting killed at a later point in the quest which glitches it out but nothing about the problem I'm having.

I've had to just stick Valhalla on the shelf because this issue has made the game unplayable.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@rose0098 So as it turns out...a week and a half of trying everything from attacking him to resetting the entire game, and all I needed to do was fast travel to a different location and then fast travel back. Will leave this up in case anyone else runs into the same issue and needs a fix for it.

@rose0098 I have the same issue currently - fast travel to and from didn't resolve it for me unfortunately/
