Pricking the needle unable to progress.

Xbox series X. I have an issue where I’m unable to do the mission pricking the needle in Jorvik. There is no mission marker. I have found the trade depot without the marker and found a carpet and need to go to the market, but I am now unable progress in any way. Very disappointed when spending nearly £100 on a game and It doesn’t work.
