Performance and graphics get worse after every update

Pre 104 patch I was able to run this game 4k (80 resolution) everything maxed out on graphic settings and was able to run this game smoothly. Now after two patches performance and graphics are getting worse. was film grain applied from recent patch? if so give us the option to turn it off.
the fps drop erractically 20 fps at a time. when this game was first released it never went below 52fps now its even goes as low as 1fps. WTH!!!

Hey there.
I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered performance issues following the latest patch. Can I ask you to attempt launching the game after a clean boot please and see if the same issues persist? Just for testing purposes to rule out first of all that these issues aren't being affected by an external factor. Thanks!Official Response
