Bug report for two mysteries

Got problem with the Lunden fish oil quest where the guy don´t spawn and when he does i can´t talk to him. The other one is The Good Men of Sherwood in snotinghamscire where i shoot the vase but the time stops and can´t continue when i shoot the first vase.
