I can't finish the campaign / Yule festival problem

I would like you to correct the problem with the mission about the last ancient, I can't find him. I have already rolled back the game several times in order to complete it, without success. I contacted the support and they do not give a pleasant return, close the ticket without solving my problem. Other people are having the same problem and no one got a workaround.
Because of this, I cannot do the Yule festival, as I will probably need to return to an older save and I may lose the items I win at the event. The festival ends on January 6th and I need a solution.
When does the patch update come out? There are more people complaining about the same problem. Will we have another loss in the game or will Ubisoft give an feedback before the event ends?
