Can't start Jotunheim mystery

I have completed everything in jotunheim apart from the mystery outside the large building at aegir's hall near where you enter. There is a crowd of people, but they arent looking towards anyone. I have left and came back and it is still the same, I have even reloaded the game.
Apparently my print screen is to big a file size to be pasted here. -
Same problem as this; get lots of blue/green blobs leading a trail nearby, but unable to interact with anything or progress with the mystery. It may or may not be relevant that I (probably rather too swiftly) saw a boar and dispatched it, which I seem to recall is something to do with the mystery! In any case, unable to progress/complete now. One for the bug list I think.

open Paint (might need installing but it's very small), paste the screenshot, press "Resize", change either the vertical or horizontal to 50 (%), click okay, press "Crop" - now save or copy -

Just so we can absolutely sure can you confirm the name of the mystery you're unable to progress in please? Also if this issue is able to be reproduced if possible we would greatly appreciate a video demonstrating this for further investigation. Thanks!Official Response -
@ubi-orion So I finally get OBS up and running ready to record it, then I reload the saved game and this time it allows me to finish the event by the upturned cart on the roof, which it definitely wasn't recognising as an "activation" point the last few times I tried. Problem solved, but maybe one to watch for. The obvious difference compared to previous attempts is that I must have saved while standing next to the dead boar, so when I reloaded it immediately gave me the key (which if I remember right is the outcome of the boar/talking transaction).
