The first time I loaded the game after the update to 1.1.0, all of Eivor's armor and weapons were unequipped. (She was nearly naked on the loading screen)
Once it loaded, each item was reset back to its original state, (I.e., all of the upgrades were removed), and all of the runes that were in the items vanished.
Needless to say, *all* of the best runes we were using are all gone, and this is very frustrating.
I contacted support via chat, and they said they would send me an email after disconnecting the chat that would fix me problem.
... Then they sent me an email telling me to adjust my graphics and audio settings.. ... yes really.
And no.. of course adjusting my graphics and audio settings did not return the missing runes to my inventory or restore the upgrades to my armor.
Has anyone else seen this?
Anyone have a (real) fix?
Ubisoft?
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@rossc719 Hello there. I'm really sorry to hear about this. Can you let me know if you were wearing / are missing a specific set of armour? Or does this seem to be universal? Our teams are investigating similar reports, however it seems only certain armour sets may be affected, so I'd like to ensure we're on the same page before looking into reporting things up!
@ubiwan Sure!
We were wearing the full Berserker set or armor, Varin's Axe, and an Ursine light shield.
Everything was upgraded to the 3rd level (maximum).
All were decked out with the best runes we had in our inventory.
Afterwards, The axe was still equipped, and had runes (I think), but all the armor and the shield was not equipped anymore, but was in our inventory with all of the upgrades and runes removed. Most notably we had a bunch of Great Life Runes Great Assassination Runes and Great Shell Runes, and all are completely gone. It was as if the items were deleted and then re-created or something.
What are the chances that we can get them back?
