Can I play Assassin's Creed: Valhalla in 4K with a Radeon RX 580?

Hello, first of all, I am very sorry for my English, I am Spanish and I am thinking of buying the PC version of Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, the problem I see right now is that I have a Ryzen and a Radeon RX 580 with 8GB, I come here already published the minimum requirements to play (https://www.elrincondelpc.com/requisitos-minimos-y-recomendados-para-jugar-a-assassins-creed-valhalla: (https://elrincondelpc.com/requisitos-minimos-y-recomendados-para-jugar-a-assassins-creed-valhalla)) and after reading it, I think I need another more powerful gaming computer.
At first I'm not going to change my mind and I'm going to buy the game since it has been recommended to me, but I have this doubt that even with less FPS, I can enjoy a little in 4K.
Being a lot of inconvenience and my way of writing.

@lobezno1988 the game is horribly optimized. I'm running an rtx 3070 and the dips to below 30fps on many occasions.
