Moved Screen Flicker and Bright Screen Problem with Cut Scenes since new patch 1.1.0

Ever since the new patch release on Dec 15th, every time a go to a cut scene my screen brightens up or I get random screen flicker. Using a GFORCE 1070 and have the latest driver. Anyone else experiencing the problem. Attached a screen shot showing what is happening.

The problem was with the current GeForce game ready video driver released on Dec 15th ver 460.89. I had to revert to a earlier driver 451.56 dated Dec 2 and the problem was solved.
