Can't get 3 new Skills

I am Level 400 with 70 mastery points assigned. I leveled up, and only received a mastery point. How am I supposed to earn the 3 skill points needed for the 3 new skills if all I am getting is mastery points???

Did you figure this out? I HAD the 3 new skills, restarted game, and now I have 4 skill points and the new skills have disappeared from the skills chart completely!!! These devs are total idiots. They completed F'ed up a game that was running mostly fine for me before. What about uninstalling and reinstalling game?

@smcinturf No I did not. I tried resetting skills, then trying to at least getting one of the new skills, and it didn't even allow me to do that. I thought maybe they were not active yet, but I have seen some people posting that they have them. Who knows whats going on with this game. I did get a Bayek torso outfit, that can't be upgraded, with one rune spot, but it stays at Superior quality. Looks neat though.
