Can't reach wealth at the bottom of Enchanted Tower in Jotunheim

I've had no problem climbing to the top and getting the first wealth along the way. I am supposed to jump from the synchronization point to the bottom through the middle from what I've seen on YouTube. I've seen that it's finicky and can be resolved by fast traveling away and back if you fail. I've tried. I've tried waking and coming back. I've tried reloading and also closing the game entirely. Today's patch hasn't fixed this so I figured I'd try here to see if anyone else was having this issue too. Maybe someone has a tip I haven't tried. Thank you in advance.
