Like a lot of other players i cant launch the game and i tried EVERYTHING but nothing works and the support doesnt help either. i have this issue since release. i mean i threw 90$ out of the window. PLEASE ubisoft listen to the players and fix this issue. we just want to enjoy the game...

Ugh, I take it back. I closed the game to come back and put in the forum entry but when I started the game again it locked up at the title screen as before. Sorry gang, I'm at a loss on this one.

The driver is up to date with the one that came out on Nov 9. Version 457.30

I did a clean reinstall of the latest driver, reboot and issue continues. I'm not sure what changed between this morning and this afternoon but we can't play the game at all now. UBISOFT HELP!!

Just like everyone else here, I can not get pass the splash screen. Tried everything and yes my system can support this game. Epic store however says I've played for 2hours and 51minutes so I'm not eligible for a refund. This is all starting to seem very sus to me. I wonder exactly how many players this is affecting? Support has my ticket and all my info I sent on Nov 10th, not sure how many days or weeks it will take them to get to me. $120, gone.

@mrfactorx Im in the same boat. $200 for a collectors edition of a game I can't even open. When I first had the issue on the 10th I was sure they would patch it on launch day but now I just feel like a sucker

Same here. I've tried every fix I could find. Game won't make it past the screen talking about auto save even if ran directly from the .exe; if ran from the launcher, it won't get past the splash screen. Plus, I cannot refund it. I went ahead and got the gold edition. I was thinking between this game and a few others but I opted for this in the end. I am strongly regretting my decision at the moment.

I am unable to get the game to load. It gets to the loading screen and freezes. My PC meets all of the minimum requirements. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Same issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled uplay connect. Same issue. Please Help.
