I have a problem I am stuck in the assassins' creed Valhalla splash screen and I don't know what to do. pls help 

I purchased the game through Epic games


its showing that the game is using:

cpu%0
gpu%0
mem%0
in the task manager.

my specs:

gigabyte rtx 2070 super

amd ryzen 5 3600

directx 12

16 g ram

windows 10 home 64 bit

I reinstalled the gpu drivers and updated my windows to the latest version I verified my game files 

I wanted to play so bad in this game, finally managed to get Rtx 3080, waiting all night to download it, then i had same issue with stuck on splash screen, after spending 6 hours tried to get this work, updated drivers, updated windows, re-installed game, verified game files, re-installed Uplay, nothing seems to work, i already returned it and got refund, waiting for cracked version, will never buy any ubisoft game again.

Its the Usual Problem with AC-Games.

Non-US-Windows does not like the ' in the Filename and UBI seems to forget it .... EVERY TIME.

C:/ACV does work


For me .... now I get past the Spash-Screen.

Same with my game i did everything

Hello I bought vahalla thru epic and when i launch the game it wants me to change my password before it goes any further i have changed it multiple times and getting the same results...

if i go back and login normally i get a pop up stating that an epic game service is not available at the moment please try again later i cant get past these 2 issues can you please help i have already talked to epic and went thru their steps they said they can do nothing more and to contact Ubisoft

I cant find anything out im just going to have to wait. games broken boys wait for a patch that can take up to 48hr or more cause obviously 24 isnt long enough for a quick fix

NON-English Windows does not like the Apostroph in the Name.

Try Rename the Game-Directory and move it to C:\Drive.

BTW ... D:\Games\ACV does not launch too.

How did you mange to send a ticket? All I´m offered is some sort of chat which is unavailable all day. I´m getting so frustrated over this...

My problem came down to my antivirus blocking the process wrongly. Check and or disable your antivirus to see if it helps anyone reading this. You have to do it through msconfig to really see if disabling it helps. If it does help uninstall it and get something else like I did.

Same here I have tried many solutions including uninstalling and reinstalling still don't know what to do

D:/Games/ACV does not launch


Conclusion: Game must be on C:\Drive and does not have special characters in the name.

Beginners-Bug.
