Alliance Map: cannot select last area

Hi,
I have completed all areas except Wincaester. At the alliance map this territory cannot be selected. I am at strength of more than 370.
I have solved all open quests except the Viking quest from Reda. And I cannot proceed with the main story.
Any hints on that?

I have similar but little bit difrent problem. So i just finished Grantebridgescire, Ledecestrescire and Lunden, all on 100%. Im 104lvl and now i can only pick Jorvik (190lvl). Why cant i pick East Anglia or Oxenefordscire? Is my save bugged guys? -

I don't know normally one quest ends with the task to report "mission accomplished" at home (Randvi). And after this one can select the next area if the strength is high enough, I think.
But if you encounter a similar problem it seems to me that the game is bugged.... -

Maybe game tought that my char (104) is too powerful for places like East Anglia and Oxenfordscire and just skipped this, but that means i cant finish main quest. Also I wanted to unlock all achivments but this issue wont help me
