"Classic Hair" and "Savage Hair" intentionally switched?

Basically what the title says, I know this is not really that game breaking or anything. I'm just curious cuz I hate the fact that I need to constantly time travel to my settlement whenever I wanna take a photo with other Eivor because the "Savage Hair" on female Eivor is "Classic Hair" on male Eivor. And now that I looked more into it while staring at tattoo shops menu, male Eivor's hairstyle doesn't match icons at all: https://imgur.com/a/iMF9IIJ was this intentional or?
