can't find the zealot osgar, only a dead man carried by a horse

so i tried to find the last zealot on my list and it supposed to be osgar and from youtube i knew that he/she is located in area near Black Peak Grantbirdgescire, i waited for 30 mins no one shows so i summoned synin and what i found was a horse not so far from my location,so i came to the horse and what i found was a dead body and it looks like a zealot since normal NPCs dont wear a black colored armor like i showed you in the picture. is it a bug? im on PC, help. The problem is, i cant even do anything to the dead body and there was even no "confirm kill" option

Was this ever resolved? I found Osgars dead body by his horse too. Picked him up and carried him around to see if it would let me click "confirm" the death but it never worked. Only place and carry works. I had only 2 zealots left, including Osgar, so pretty disappointing. I placed his body inside an active fort just for the hell of it. I fast traveled and then rode back and he was just where I left him. -
@hollynayru I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to confirm the kill on the Zealot 'Osgar'.
Can you please provide a video that shows his location on the map and that you cannot confirm the kill. Then can you go to your 'Order of the Ancients' screen and show if he is showing as dead or alive.Official Response
