I currently dont have the option to interact with the Cernewood Cairn stones thereis no option at all

@nick0209 Have had some interacting problems too, just do some other tasks come back later on and meditate before you approach the cairn...this have worked for me at least (PS4)
Have had a lot of glitches/bugs through this game but it has always either fixed itself down the road, by reload an older save or trying some workarounds. Learned to play this game slow and doing a lot of saves just in case.
Now I only have to beat some orlog players for platinum. -
Couldn't meditate but had to save then load and that fixed it all

After the latest patch I cannot interact with a variety of side quests. Cairn at Cernewood, Cairn at Kinder Downfall, World Event west of Cairn at Kinder Downfall, World Event at Island northwest of Repton (Needs to be anonymous despite being anonymous), World Event west of Wenloch Abbey.... Seriously, what is going on with this game.
