Few bugs glitches

A few World Events won’t start for me or won’t end.
in the World Event involving the singing lady of the lake, I went through her home and moved the object and jumped out the window, but she refuses to attack me no matter how many times I run through her poisonous home. The other issues are with a glitched key that won’t spawn in Lunden directly next to it’s corresponding locked door and World Event. And lastly a glitched Event in Cent involving a man in black not spawning next to the log with a mysterious note directing me toward a large tree to the North. I have clips, but I’m unable to upload them due to an error message though
