missing location?

can any one help? i have completed all map locations wealth etc but if i go to my codex and go into locations it says i have only found 22/23 ? but i have completed every world/location i can possibly see is there a hidden location?

@jcar4327 Flat fish location is in the south of suthexe there is a fishing village called Folcanstan you get in a boat and row south west you will see an image of a snake on the map so directly under that is where you find flat head. mackerel is in you norway at the dock you either catch red fish or mackerel. hope that helps
