Fullscreen not working

Whenever I try to run the game in fullscreen Im just being sent back to windows desktop, game still running. Trying to alt-tab to game sends me back to desktop.
This game worked great until i got this issue today, last time it worked was 5 days ago. And it worked since launch until now.
Im using a 49 inch ultra wide with 5120x1440 resolution on 120Hz.
GPU is 1080ti.
All the latest windows updates installed and on latest GPU driver.Only updates installed since it worked is Windows 10 2020-11 cumulative update previews, and upgrade to Power Toys
