ACV Fearnham Orlog BUG

I can't start a Orlog game with the saxonian woman sitting on the ground in Fearnham in Hamtunscir. There's no "XInteract" and she constantly yells she wants to play but there's nothing i can do. I already shot an arrow behind her which made her stand up once but when she sits back down it's the same.
She's the last one missing in my list to get the trophy. Please Help -
