Bow and arrow bug

So far I’ve reset my entire game twice trying to rid of this bug and have gotten nowhere, any time I pull out the bow and arrow it gets stuck on it, will not release it to use other weapons, can’t run, jump, move properly so has anyone encountered this and how have you solved it cause I’m about fed up and ready to chuck this [censored] box game out of the window.
