Call me a puss but I think the atmosphere in this game is top notch. The cursed areas genuinely creeps the hell out of me as my screen fills to black with it's haunting sound effect and Eivor struggles to move as I desperately try to look for the cursed symbol. This is really well done imo. Underground exploration also feels more atmospheric than Origins and Odyssey that had artificial lighting inside tomb and caves. I feel like I'm in genuine darkness here and the torch becomes essential.
