Runes bugged

Can't equip multiple runes on some gear thats flawless or mythical. I try to select an empty rune slot but I cant interact with it. I have other mythical gear that I have all 3 runes equipped so I'm not sure what the issue is. On an xbox one x

Same bug, for some reason most new major armor runes became bugged at a moment (why?) ;
Example:
I had already 2 major health runes = OK (in inventory & equipped) , then I bought one = it's in my inventory but unable to equip it !!!
same bug for another one I looted on an ennemy
