Settlement didn't upgrade on final upgrade ,sign posts gone .Glitche in wolf fight in asgard, won't let me return to asgard .Can't find Cola anywhere.Im over level 400 ,don't want to start again

So for the Settlement issue, have you completed all the Sagas/Story Arcs? As some of these will upgrade your Settlement as well as just through the Supplies from Raids.
With the Wolf Fight issue, could you provide more details on that?
