Moved Can't proceed with Eurviscire questline

After completing the quest 'Honour has Two Edges', no new quest marker appears and I am totally unable to proceed with the story.

@sh40linchicken I've got the same here, i've already done Jorvik before and met Halfdan. When i talk to Randvi Eurviscire is the only territory i can choose but no quests appears. I saw on the net that the quest is supposed to start under a synchronisation post in Eurviscire, and we're suppose to met Faravid... That's the problem i guess because I choose to kill him in Jorvik. Sorry for the spoil but i had to explain. Any help please ?
